MEET OUR STAFF

A special message from our Executive Director

Dear Friends,

Covid-19 has significantly impacted all of us. Reba has reopened with revised CDC, DCFS, IL Dept. of Public health, and City of Evanston guidelines in place for the health and safety of children, families, and employees. Please take a look at our "Welcome Back" video.

We think we have something pretty special at Reba. Our program is designed with children and families in mind. From our vibrant and dynamic classrooms, to our community building efforts, we work to support our children and families in many ways.

Our primary goal is to educate our children and keep them safe, both physically and emotionally. We know young children need consistent, predictable relationships with their teachers, so we use an ‘attachment approach’ to create bonds between children, families, and teachers. Children trust those whom their families trust.

We value the contribution each family member makes to support the care and development of young children. Our priority is to be respectful and respond to experiences that may differ from family to family. We will always respect and respond to those differences to the best of our ability. Families are a child’s first teacher. We are pleased to partner with you to create a solid learning foundation for your child.

Sincerely,
